We offer large previews of our vector bundles, brushes, and texture packs so you know exactly what you’re getting. Because of this, we offer refunds ONLY in cases where you are accidentally billed for more than one of the same product. Because of the way our shop is built, this shouldn’t ever happen, but due to solar flares and other unpredictable events, you never know.

What about Compatibility?

By viewing the product details on our electronic offerings you can see additional information regarding compatibility.  We certify that the files contained in our product downloads will be in the formats listed on the products page. We cannot be held accountable if you purchase our products and do not have the software to make use of them.

The files will look pretty darn spiffy sitting on your hard-drive though ;-).

We sell stock artwork, not the software to make use of them.  Please check your graphics software’s documentation for a list of file extensions that it supports and only buy products that you can use.
