What forms of Payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, enRoute, JCB, Visa Electron, Diner’s Club, Switch, Solo, and of course Paypal.
How secure is this store?
Your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours uses the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
In other words, very secure.
How do I download my purchased products?
I’m so glad you asked this question! When you complete your purchase of a quality Mr. Vector product, you will both be redirected to a page on our site with your very own download link and receive an email with a link as well. You just click the link (or right click and save as the link) and soon you will be sharing stories and eating smores with your very own Vectors (and or other products).
The techheads tell me that all downloaded files are in zip format so you will need software to unzip them to get at the Vectory goodness inside.
How long are my purchased products downloadable from the Mr. Vector website?
While we would love to make our downloads available indefinitely, it just isn’t meant to be. Our website allows you to download your products from us three whole times within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
What software do I need to make use of Mr. Vector products?
These are some really great questions. The tech-heads in the Vector League tell me that in order to make use of our really great products, you will need one of the following software packages:
- Adobe Photoshop (CS or better for PC or Mac)
- Adobe Illustrator (CS or better for PC or Mac)
- CorelDRAW! (12 or better (if only Corel would make a version for the Mac))
- Any other software that will successfully open a .eps file
What file formats are included in Mr. Vector’s vector packs?
Each of our really great vector packs include a .cdr file for our Corel Draw! Compadres, a .eps for our Illustrator Illuminaries and .svg for our ummm… SVG Super Friends. What more could one ask for?
What is acceptable usage for Mr. Vector products?
- As elements personal works.
- A elements of commercial work for clients/organizations.
- As elements of apparel, greeting cards, posters, and other creative works which are redistributed/resold.
What is not acceptable usage for Mr. Vector products?
- Redistribution in whole or part for sale or free.
